Seiiki is being built with privacy as a design principle. This notice explains how waiting list information and essential cookies are handled before launch.

What we collect

When you join the waiting list, we collect your name, email address, your privacy consent, the time of signup, and basic technical details such as IP address and browser user agent for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

Your details are used only to send Seiiki launch updates, early access invitations, journal resources and closely related product notices. Seiiki does not sell waiting list data.

Legal basis

For GDPR purposes, waiting list emails are sent on the basis of your consent. Security records are handled under legitimate interests to protect the service.

Cookies

The landing page uses an essential local consent record so the privacy notice does not appear on every visit. No advertising or analytics cookies are required by this page.

Retention

Waiting list records are kept until launch communications are complete, you unsubscribe, or you request deletion. Security records may be retained for a reasonable period to protect the service.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data. You can also withdraw consent for emails at any time.
